Meet Stitch

Seriously I have no idea how many more times this girl is going to need stitches. For those of you who don't know Kya split her lip clear up to her nose at 15mos and now needed stitches again the exact same month 4yrs later. So here's the story... We were at my grandma's house in the attic which is hard wood. Kya came running down the hall to see a picture of my Mom I was trying to show her. The only problem is the last part of the hallway the stairs cut in and she fell straight off the 4 steps into the seat of a wood chair right on her eyebrow. I felt terrible and I knew there was no way I was taking her to the hospital there it's dirty and disgusting and I've only had one relative walk in and come back out alive. I tried to tape it shut but over night you could tell it was not good so I sent some pictures to a close friend of ours in Medford who had his partner stitch her up 4 yrs earlier because he was on a fishing trip. The consensus was to get her back down there for stitches. We decided not to put her under and I'm pretty sure he wished he was on a fishing trip because you could tell it broke his heart to make her cry. Once the shots were done she did great, she had to get shots all along the eyebrow so he could re-cut it and get a clean line to stitch, she looked like she was getting botox. 3 outside stitches and 1 long running stitch all the way across
